This is a 80,000 SF new construction project and Artin has been selected as the consultant to furnish engineering services related to the referenced project Blue Parkway Apartments or “Active Living Building”. The project includes 65 units of residential market-rate, a modest lobby, a small wellness/check-up room at ground floor, as well as rooftop amenity.
Hotel Clariana, San Jose CA
Hotel Clariana is one of the historical buildings in the Downtown San Jose area. The building today is listed in the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing building in the San Jose Downtown Commercial Historic District. Artin is the structural design consultant for 46,000 sq. ft addition to this beautiful historic building. The addition includes a 6-story building to the existing building.
