• Project Description

One of the historical buildings in the Downtown San Jose area is Hotel Clariana. The building today is listed in the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing building in the San Jose Downtown Commercial Historic District.  

• Artin's Project Scope

• Artin is the structural design consultant for 46,000 sq.ft addition to this beautiful historic building. The addition includes a 6-story building to the existing building. We are in construction document design phase of the project right now and we will perform Construction Administration upon the start of the construction.  Artin will also be performing the construction administration for this project.
