The Rochester at Blue Parkway is a mixed -use building on the pad site adjacent to 4001 Blue Parkway Kansas City, MO. This is a 80,000 SF new construction project and Artin has been selected as the consultant to furnish engineering services related to the referenced project Blue Parkway Apartments or “Active Living Building”. The project includes:
• 65 units of residential
• Modest lobby with stores at ground floor conducive to visiting guests
• A small wellness/check-up room at ground floor
• Rooftop Amenity – small gathering space

  • Artin was the structural engineer of record for this project and delivered the full structural design package. Artin is also performing the construction administration phase of this project.

Ardy Sherafati, PhD, PE, SE

As a Principal Engineer at Artin, Ardy is licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in 11 states and licensed Structural Engineer (SE) in California and Nevada. Ardy earned his PhD in structural engineering in 2012. He has 15 years of experience in structural design of new construction, retrofit and rehabilitation projects for different types of buildings. Having hands on experience in industrial, commercial and residential buildings, Ardy has served as the design lead for more than 100 projects across the US (mostly in California)
