• Project Description

• The West Bottoms Garage is located at 1601 State Line Rd, Kansas City, MO. The garage is operated by Town Park and has 975 parking spaces. Due to the poor condition of the garage, the City defined a project for structural analysis of the existing building for the purpose of remodeling and possibly renting the garage to the neighboring apartment complex. Artin collaborated with Piper-Wind Architects on this project. The construction of this garage will be completed by Feb of 2020. Artin Worked closely with City of KCMO to ensure that the design and the suggested methods for rehabilitation of the building meets their need and budget. We will take similar approach to understand the client’s need and requirements when designing projects.

• Artin provided structural analysis of this this post tension concrete parking structure, suggested repair methods for the rehabilitation of the garage, prepared construction documents for restoration and repair of the existing garage. We also did construction administration as well as full inspection of the garage.
