Buildings 1 and 3 are built back in 1970’s and most of their service pits used for servicing KCATA buses were in very bad shape. Extensive corrosion, spalling, and big cracks were observed. The utility tunnel between the pump house and Building 1 also has major corrosion in the lid which was a big concern since significant bus traffic pass over this tunnel daily.

Having hands on experience in industrial, commercial and residential buildings, Ardy has served as the design lead for more than 100 projects across the US (mostly in California)
