This project involved observation
of CIP foundation and pile caps construction as well as precast panels erection
for the seven-story parking structure. The new parking structure is a
6,300-space parking facility adjacent to the new terminal, providing more
capacity and convenience than the current parking garages at the horseshoe
terminals. Local contractor JE Dunn will build the parking garage under Clark
Weitz Clarkson, which is the project's design-builder.

Artin is performing construction observation services for the KCI airport parking garage, started Nov 2020. We were a subconsultant of Cagley and Associate and this project took 15 months to complete.

Ardy earned his PhD in structural engineering in 2012. He has 15 years of experience in structural design of new construction, retrofit and rehabilitation projects for different types of buildings. Having hands on experience in industrial, commercial and residential buildings, Ardy has served as the design lead for more than 100 projects across the US (mostly in California)
